| 12pm | Official Flag Raising Ceremony With FREE CAKE! Lighthouse Stage |
| 12pm – 3pm | Carnival in the Park Bounce Games, High Strikers, and Game Booths Seacaps Park, 57 Hall Street |
| 1:45 | “Little Mac’s” Antique Car Parade Line up at 1:00, Clearwater Lot near 10 Spruce Street |
| 2:00 | “Heroes vs Villains” Grand Street Parade Line up at 1:00, Upper Water Street |
